Ogcasino Terms & Conditions — The Foundation of an Honest & Transparent Relationship

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the ogcasino platform and all its services. By registering on the ogcasino website or mobile app, or by using any of its services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms.

In this document, "we", "ogcasino", and "platform" refer to the entity operating ogcasino. "Member", "user", and "you" refer to anyone registered on ogcasino.

The following conditions must be met to register an account at ogcasino:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. If an account is opened by a minor and this is later discovered, the account may be terminated and the balance forfeited.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our rules.
• All information provided at registration — including name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• The phone number or email address linked to your account must remain active, as verification messages will be sent there.

Ogcasino reserves the right to reject any application without verification, particularly if the information provided appears incomplete or suspicious.

Ogcasino currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in the member's own name — using another person's number or account is strictly prohibited.

Ogcasino does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, and these are entirely the member's responsibility.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• The account's KYC verification must be completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

First-time withdrawals may require additional verification. ogcasino reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals on any suspicious transaction while the matter is investigated and resolved.

General Bonus Rules:

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the combined total of the bonus and deposit amount the required number of times (wagering requirement).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any bonus that expires within this period will be forfeited.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Certain bonuses may restrict play to specific games — full details will be outlined in each bonus's terms and conditions.

Ogcasino reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. Members will be notified in advance.

The following rules apply when placing bets at ogcasino:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Any bet that is not confirmed due to a system error will not be considered valid.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined based on the data stored on the server.
• Pre-match bets placed before a game starts will not be voided once the match begins, unless the odds were clearly erroneous.

Ogcasino reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ogcasino and may result in penalties:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using another member's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or match manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for compliance with international financial regulations. ogcasino may request KYC verification at any time.

Documents commonly requested:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie (sometimes holding your ID).
• A utility bill or bank statement for address verification (if required).

Withdrawals may be held until KYC is complete. If any submitted documents are found to be false or fraudulent, the account will be terminated.

Ogcasino may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• If suspicious activity or a security risk is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. If a valid balance remains, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.

Ogcasino is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to a game or bet due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or device problems.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• If a member suffers a loss due to losing access to or sharing their login credentials.
• Any losses related to third-party platforms or services.

Ogcasino is committed to maintaining a high standard of service; however, technical issues cannot always be entirely avoided. In such cases, we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Ogcasino reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance.
